Field Based Business Development Manager – Excellent Commission Structure

Chip & PIN Solutions is one of the UK’s fastest growing provider of card payment solutions.  Due to our continued rapid growth plans we have a number of positions and territories available for the right candidates.

Chip & PIN Solutions are looking for highly motivated and talented individuals to promote and sell their state of the art payment solutions and merchant accounts. It will be a business-to-business sales role to enable businesses to process electronic card payments at the point of sale.

Whilst previous experience is advantageous, your desire to succeed, drive and self- motivation are the most important attributes. We accept applications from all walks of life and diverse working backgrounds. New sales executives will receive full support including our comprehensive internal training, full operational support and coaching from experienced merchant services sales managers. During this time you will become familiar with techniques to maintain a high standard of sales processes, including CRM and administration.

Your responsibilities will entail targeting new business in all market sectors including retail, hospitality, transportation and new to cards sectors.

Regional Sales Manager

Chip & PIN Solutions, a specialist in payment services, is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to develop and manage a Field Sales team.  The successful candidate will have a Sales Management background with the experience of exceeding targets within a B2B sales environment.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of developing the region and growing sales – contribute to regional sales with personal sales as and when required to supplement team sales.
  • Recruitment will be provided to assist in the development of the team however it is essential that the candidate can also build a team through personal contacts and by using own initiative.
  • Provide field support and assist in closing deals.
  • Act as a coach and mentor to team members to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Accompany BDM’s to sales meetings with prospective clients either leading the discussion or supporting the BDM’s to ensure the best possible outcome is achieved.
  • Assist in induction for new BDM’s and provide field based sales training.
  • Ensure that all paperwork submitted from the team is accurate and compliant.
  • Provide support and assistance to the organisation and Sales Director as and when required.

Skills/Experience:

  • Previous sales experience gained within a B2B sales environment.
  • Must be tenacious and have a “can-do” attitude.
  • An experienced manager, leader and coach who is able to work with and develop a team of people who possess a varied level of skills and competence.
  • Ability and contacts to hit the ground running and assemble a team of self-employed BDM’s.
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
  • Must be self -sufficient and motivated, with entrepreneurial flair to build team and exceed targets.

Although candidates from within Merchants Services are desirable, Chip & PIN Solutions will also consider applications from Sales Managers within Telecoms, Utilities and other B2B sales.

Inbound and Outbound Telephone Sales Consultant

We are looking to recruit an Inbound Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. You will need to possess an exceptional sales ability and telephone manner. The Inbound Sales Consultant needs to know their product and to be able to sell this product when customers call in to the company.

Key Duties

  • Talk to customers about our card payment services and what we offer
  • Take all consumable orders when necessary and when required Inform customers of our product ranges
  • Input customer details on to company’s database and complete an enquiry form
  • Send information to them and then arrange a date to call them back
  • Organise enquiry sheet to correct date of call back
  • Explain the process of a merchant account
  • Put through sale and pass to admin / merchant account dept
  • Training and assisting other staff members when required
  • Maintain very high standard of service at all time
